Birch Point Camp / Lodge


	Our Camp First class facilities set in the midst of a remote, yet magnificent wilderness aptly describes Birch Point Camp. Despite an obvious bias, we honestly believe that our origional vision of developing an environment conductive to relaxation and recreation is now a reality.

Since the day we began clearing the site in 1972, Birch Point has evolved into one of the largest camps in the Red Lake area. Through planned and controlled expansion, we now have the capability to accommodate corporate groups without losing the ability to extend personal and conscientious service to individual family units who continue to represent the major portion of our clientele.

Our Four Star rating, awarded by Tourism Ontario through annual on-site inspection, has been earned on the basis of clean, well-maintained cabins, dependable equipment and well-kept grounds.

Camp Store

Housekeeping guests in particular will appreciate our convenient hours and the variety of canned food, dry goods and dairy products we stock as suppliementary staples to your own supplies. Perishable goods, if not readily available, can usually be brought in upon request.

Confectionery items, fishing tackle, licenses, souvenirs and refreshments/spirits have proven to be popular additions to our inventory.

During store hours, guests’ personal use of the Camp’s business telephone is available upon request. Outgoing emergency calls can be placed on a 24-hour basis.
